  • No. The Rockaplay Social Club is a space for parents/caregivers and their children to bond and have fun with other families.

    1. All shoes must be taken off before entering the designated play area, socks must be worn at all times

    2. Child(ren) must be supervised by a guardian at all times

    3. No food or drinks are allowed in the designated play area

    4. Management is not responsible for lost/ stolen articles

    5. Adults are responsible for the safety of their child(ren)

    6. Please respect the environment, toys and others around you

    7. Kindly return used toys to their homes after your child has enjoyed playing 

    8. Please no running, pushing or jumping off any play equipment

    9. All strollers must be parked in the designed stroller parking area

    10. If you are asked to leave due to violation of the House Rules no refunds will be given

    11. If you or your child are not feeling well please do not come in out of respect for others

    12. If a toy your child has finished playing with needs sanitizing, please place it in our designated "Yuck Bucket"

  • For safety and hygienic reasons. For your convenience we have children and adult socks for sale if you forget yours at home.

  • Yes. Food may be enjoyed in our cafe area only. We also sell snacks and treats. We are a nut free environment. Please help us in enforcing this rule.

  • There is space outside our storefront at owner's risk. If you need to bring your stroller inside due to inclement weather please collapse it to accommodate others.

  • Yes. We accept cash and major credit cards. When making your reservation online you may opt to pay cash upon arrival.

  • No but it is recommended, especially for events and classes/workshops. Walk-ins are welcome! Please check our monthly calendar and social media before walking-in as our schedule may change.

  • Yes. It will auto-populate as you make your reservation online. We also have it available on our website under our open play tab.

  • Our play space is appropriate for children ages 0-6.

  • We understand life happens with young children! You can cancel any time before the start of your open session for a full refund. We do not currently have an open play cancellation policy in place, but kindly notify us as soon as possible to cancel.

    For workshops/ classes and events we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please call or email us within the 24 hour window to ensure full refund.

  • Please do not come if you or your child are not feeling well. You will be asked to leave if visibly unwell.

  • Two adults are included in your reservation for one child. You may add on additional adults and siblings for an additional fee.

  • Yes. There is a free self-serve water station at all times. We have a full coffee bar and light bites for sale at the cafe.

  • There are cubbies for your belongings in our front room, at your own risk. We do not have lockers available.

  • Yes we do our best to ensure this but we cannot guarantee 100% compliance. Please be diligent if you or your child have an allergy and speak to us with any concerns.

  • We love animals but they are not allowed inside Rockaplay at this time. Service animals are welcome in the front space only. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • $25 for children 0-6 years old

    Price includes up to 2 adults

    You may add-on siblings and adults for an additional fee

    Siblings under 6 months are free.

  • Yes! We have a free parking lot behind our store and meter parking out front.

  • No. Packages cannot be rolled over.
